The survey had over 1,300 respondents of middle and high school students, parents/guardians, staff, faculty, administrators and board members. Of note was the participation of over 530 parents/guardians. The survey results are back from NAIS, and Lab is now in the process of consulting with data analysts from the University to help make sense of the enormous amount of data. A summary report will be completed by the Fall 2016 to help inform next steps for DEI programming moving forward. Feel free to contact Coordinator of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, Ken Garcia-Gonzales, with any specific questions.
